In the Mobile racking system, many racks are placed jointly on rails and wheels. For maximum storage volume, racks are parted into some blocks and each block requires only one aisle. The operator first needs to move the rack to enter the pallet he wants for a deposit or retrieval.

3 Different types of Mobile Racks:

Manually Operated: the operator moves the racks with handles.

Mechanically Assisted: the operator moves the racks with multi-ratio geared hand wheels.

Electrically Powered: can be operated with just a button.
